Orthopaedic Dept. after 8 days' treatment for a complex fracture of the femur - a 75 year old victim of the recent ice & snow. I cannot put any weight on the leg (which is in a brace) for approx. 6 weeks. I am concerned at the rate at which my toenails are are growing because I cannot reach to cut them properly.
