Local Services

Age Concern Calderdale and Kirklees provide a wide range of services and support to older people. As some of these services are funded by either a local Council or the Primary Care Trust, there are services which are only available in one district, or where the terms are slightly different. Our long term aim is to provide common services throughout Calderdale and Kirklees, but we hope that users will understand why this is not always possible.

It’s not always easy to describe fully the help we can offer, so if in doubt, please ring our office or information numbers – if we are not able to help directly, we will probably know someone who can!
